Description You’ll master three signature dumpling styles from across Asia: Japanese Gyoza, Korean Mandu, and Chinese Shumai. Each with unique folds and cooking methods. We’ll use shared group cooking stations as you prepare three savory fillings (veggie, pork, as well as pork & shrimp), practice traditional folding techniques, and cook your dumplings to perfection. At the end of class, you'll enjoy your creations and leave with the confidence to make dumplings at home anytime.
