When you create an event on ME-Ticket, you want it to appear in the catalog as quickly as possible so ticket sales can begin. But before that happens, every event must pass a moderation review. This process helps ensure that all event information is clear, accurate, and trustworthy for users.
To help you navigate ME-Ticket’s event publishing process, here’s a simple guide to understanding the two most important statuses: “Waiting for Moderation” and “Needs Changes.”

Right after you complete all event-creation steps, your event is automatically submitted for review.
“Waiting for moderation” means:
Moderation typically takes around 12 hours, but sometimes it may take slightly longer.
Once approved, your event will switch to “Posted to catalog”, and ticket sales will automatically begin. You’ll also receive an email confirmation.
If the moderator finds issues during review, the event will be returned to you with the status “Needs Changes.”
This means that something in your event:
The moderator will always leave a comment explaining what must be corrected, and you’ll also receive an email notification.
If your event gets the “Needs Changes” status:
⚠️ Important:
Resubmitting without making any real changes will lead to your event being rejected again.
Even after approval, any changes you make in the future require re-moderation before they appear live.

ME-Ticket’s moderation team is there to help, not to reject. If any comment is unclear, you can always reach out to support for clarification.
